Focus and productivity in the morning
I’m writing a book about eating and design and I know that the best way to write in flow is from a place of inspiration and focus. I have been using meditation now for years as a tool to amplify my creative capacities. I liked the effects to much that I became a certified meditation teacher. Meditation is one of the tools I teach as part of the Creative Strategies for Sensitive Pirates trainings.
From the 1st of December to the 24th, I’m going to do a 30 minutes morning mediation every workday at 5 am CET.
After the mediation I still have more than an hour for focused and inspired writing before my kids wake up.
I thought it would be nice to share this moment with others who would like to start their day with inspired action.

You do not need to be an experienced meditation practitioner.

Joining is free and fun. Just wear your pyjamas, like I will.
We’ll start at 5 am with 5 minutes of setting intentions, the meditation takes 20 minutes and we’ll conclude the session with a recap in our journals.
It’s not a guided mediation so make sure to download a timer on your phone, I am using Insight Timer which works perfectly fine. Set it for 4 intervals of 5 minutes.
