Opening the door to our new space feels like stepping into a dream I didn’t know I had.
From the street, this building keeps its brilliance hidden—like a jewel tucked in a coat pocket. But step inside, and it unfolds: over 700 square meters of unexpected magic. Spaces that range from rough and cave-like, to grand and light-filled, to hyper-classical rooms that feel almost royal.
For years, I passed this building on my way between home and my workshop. At first, it whispered to me—softly, whimsically. I didn’t take it seriously. But the whisper turned into a voice, and the voice into a chorus that resonated so deeply, it began waking me up at night. This place was calling me—not just with charm, but with purpose.
Yes, I *could* have continued working the way I have for years: flexible, free, always on the move. But this calling was bigger than convenience. It was a plea for connection. A magnetic pull to gather all I’ve done—my time with my restaurants, crafting multisensory food experiences, curating exhibitions—into one unified space.
A place where everything comes together.
A home base. For food design. For exchange. For play, learning, and meaningful encounters. A place for my global network to meet the city I call home.
It’s scary. And exciting. As it should be when you follow a big, audacious idea.
